Dr. Rami Elrefai earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy (UDM) School of Dentistry. After practicing for two years, he enrolled in the prosthodontics program at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. Dr. Elrefai also completed the American Academy of Implant Dentistry AAID Maxicourse for comprehensive training in Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Elrefai is a member of multiple professional organizations, as well as a published author and presenter. He has lectured about esthetic dentistry, digital smile design, fixed implant prosthodontics for the edentulous patient.

Prosthodontics, also known as dental prosthetics or prosthetic dentistry, is the area of dentistry that focuses on dental prostheses. They also treat temporomandibular disorders and various issues associated with damaged and problematic teeth.
