Can high myopia be treated with laser surgery?
Depending on how old you are, the amount of myopia, and corneal anatomy. If you are under 16 there are treatments to help stop you from getting more myopic (MiSight, atropine, etc). If you are over 20 and your Rx is stable you can get a LASIK/PRK consult and they can check if you are a good candidate (cornea needs to be thick enough). If not, there are other non-laser procedures like ICL. These procedures are of course expensive out-of-pocket costs. READ MORE
I have a foreign body in my eye and a burning eyebrow?
You need to go see an eye doctor that removes foreign bodies. If it did not come out with thorough rinsing then you likely won't be able to remove it yourself and will only make it worse by trying. You shouldn't need vision insurance, it's a medical issue so they can take medical insurance. I have no explanation for your eyebrow burning, it could possibly be referred pain. READ MORE

Eye floater?
Floaters are typically semi-permanent annoyances. The eye is filled with the vitreous gel the gives it shape and acts as shock absorber. Floaters are protein clumps and debris in the vitreous casting shadows on the retina. They can dissipate somewhat over time or settle down with gravity, but usually they are there to stay. If it is affecting your visual acuity enough there are surgical treatments, but they are typically not worth the risk of surgical complications and the surgeon will refuse. READ MORE
