Dr. Lisa Sachdev is board certified in family medicine. She has been in practice in the gulf coast area for 24 years. In 2019 she accepted the position of medical director for Nova Wellness Center. Prior to that she was the clinical director for the PreDiabetes Center and owner of Sachdev Wellness Clinic.
She received her training at the University of North Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She practices integrative medicine with emphasis on anti-aging and wellness. She believes in treating the patient as a whole and individualizes therapy to each patient. She focuses on maximizing the body's inherent ability to heal itself to decrease dependence on pharmaceutical medications.
She has a special interest in ADHD management and has provided evaluation services for the Pasadena Independent School District for many years. She is a certified BioTE provider, trained in bio-identical hormone management. She is also certified to provide medically supervised weight loss therapy through Ideal Protein, utilizing a ketogenic protocol.
