Get to know Family Practitioner, Dr. Galit Balayla Rosemberg, who serves patients in Cidra, Puerto Rico

Dr. Rosemberg is currently completing her PGY-1 at Mount Sinai Morningside. Formerly known as Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital, Mount Sinai Morningside is a teaching hospital affiliated with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Mount Sinai Health System.

After earning her medical degree in 2017 from Universidad Central de Venezuela, Dr. Rosenberg relocated to the United States, where she served as an Observer at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (2019), Broward Health (2020), and Jackson Memorial Hospital (2020). She is currently completing her PYG-1 at Mount Sinai Morningside, which she joined in July 2021.

Dr. Rosenberg is a volunteer Camp Counselor with Camp Boggy Creek and Content Developer with the COVID-19 Taskforce on Domestic Violence.
