TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:
While I rely on my skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation for treatment, I may also use modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in building a plan of care to best suit their needs.
