Dr. Kolnik is a well-versed, highly skilled Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS). He has 15+ years of experience in various leadership roles in the military, federal, and commercial sectors, supervising pharmaceutical and healthcare operations domestically and internationally.
Since August of 2020, Dr. Kolnik has been serving as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Emergency Medicine at Flagler Health+ in St. Augustine, Florida.

Dr. Kolnik began his pre-medicine studies at Casper College. He then attended the University of Wyoming, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology/Physiology and Microbiology, followed by his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
Continuing his training, Dr. Kolnik served as a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Resident at Mayo Clinic from June 2005 until July 2006. He was then a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident with Orlando Regional Healthcare from July 2006 until July 2007, where he also served as a clinical staff pharmacist from July 2007 until October 2008. He then joined the military and served in the United States Army until 2020 where he retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Most recently, Dr. Kolnik graduated the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at the top of his class in 2017 and in 2020, he earned his Master of Business Administration Degree with a post-baccalaureate certificate in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Mount St. Mary’s University.
Board certified through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties and ASHP, Dr. Kolnik holds certifications in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), through the American Heart Association.
In addition, he is an active member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, which is a pharmacy professional association representing the interests of clinical pharmacists.
Pharmacotherapy ensures the safe, appropriate and economical use of medications as part of interprofessional treatment teams in a variety of settings, including hospitals and health systems.
