Dr. Bailey is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist with a special interest in cataracts, dry eyes, offering treatment for cataracts, dry eye, diabetes, glasses, and external eye issues such as chalazion and ptosis, among others. She is currently affiliated with Houston Eye Associates, working with patients at their offices in Houston, Memorial City, and Katy, Texas.

Houston Eye Associates is a team of board-certified ophthalmologists and board-licensed optometrists with advanced fellowship and specialty training in the fields of ophthalmology and optometry. They cover all areas of ophthalmological and optometric care, with treatment available in all specialties and for all ages. While most of the physicians perform routine eye examinations, all of their physicians are specialty trained or fellowship-trained in one or more areas.

Growing up in Houston, Dr. Bailey left for Bayou City to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Music from Stanford University. She then earned a Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and earned her medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. She moved back to Houston to complete her residency in ophthalmology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. After a year of fellowship in California and a year of practice in San Antonio, she moved back home to join the Houston Eye Associates team.

In pursuit of clinical excellence, the doctor is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology, an independent, non-profit organization responsible for certifying ophthalmologists in the United States of America.
