Can you take anxiety pills every day?
Your question should include the perceived source of anxiety. Anxiety is a miss firing of neurons that should otherwise be very quiet. Brain energy is the source of your issues. The energy imbalance stems from mutomitochondria damage. Alcohol, sedentary lifestyle, spikes in blood sugar, sugar especially fructose damages the mitochondria. No. They are overall very ineffective. It's your brain energy that's the problem. Damaged mitochondria leading to abnormal brain energy production.
