Virginia Physician Dedicated to Individualized Patient Care and Community Impact

When medical professionals take on an executive role in an organization, you often see them giving up their license, significantly reducing or halting medicine practice entirely. But that’s not the case with Dr. Shawn Naqvi.

Dr. Naqvi, a board-certified internal medicine physician, proudly serves as the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Personic Health currently, but a major part of his day still revolves around seeing patients. Driven by a deep-seated passion for multidisciplinary care, Dr. Naqvi is committed to addressing the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they receive holistic support tailored to their specific circumstances. 

Patient relationships are at the heart of Personic’s ethos. “Every person is part of the care team here at Personic,” he says to everyone involved directly and indirectly in patient care.

His approach has influenced several of his patients, which is evident in how he is regarded by them. Case in point, a lady based out of Maryland, who Dr. Naqvi recently treated. For 15 weeks, she would have tea prepared for him before he’d arrive at her house to treat her wounds. 

Personic’s wound healing rates are also a testimony to this commitment.
