Chantell Perez is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Clinician located in South Florida with years of professional work experience. Chantell has provided individual therapy and facilitated support groups in community Mental Health agencies both in-person and virtual for adults, young adults, and seniors. Chantell created a support group named "The Self-Love Club" at a non-profit organization located in South Florida, for women and men who have experienced domestic abuse and toxic relationships. The therapeutic approach Chantell utilizes is Person (Client) Centered Therapy. Chantell will tailor your treatment goals to meet your unique and specific needs.
A top priority for Chantell is to meet the clients where they are and base treatment goals on what works best for the client as they work together to meet the goals in therapy. Whether you choose to work towards self-awareness and insight or symptom-relief and improved function, the goal is to collaboratively work together to achieve it!
