Bassett Medical Center is a 180-bed, acute care inpatient teaching facility in Cooperstown, New York. It offers 24-hour emergency and trauma care, comprehensive cancer and heart care, dialysis, and most medical and surgical specialties. 

Cobleskill Regional Hospital is a proud not-for-profit subsidiary of the Bassett Healthcare Network. The hospital is Schoharie County’s only provider of acute inpatient medical care, emergency care, short-stay inpatient rehabilitation, and many other diagnostic and therapeutic services.

A native of Greece, Dr. Papafilippaki graduated with her medical degree from the University of Athens School of Health Sciences. After relocating to the United States, she completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Finally, she completed her fellowship in cardiovascular disease at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center - Tufts University.
