Amanda Jacobsen is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor currently at Interfaith Community services. The program she works at is Escondido Community Sobering Services. She has gained her certification from CADTP and schooling with Palomar through the AODS program. Her work consist of using evidence based practices to help guide her clients through their journey of their recovery and help them learn about their addiction. She facilitates groups and also has one on one sessions for individualized goals and care plans to help each and every one achieve their set goals and get a good start on their recovery journey.
