Get to know Obstetrician-Gynecologist Dr. Kelly Miller, who serves patients in Houston, Texas.

Well-versed in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Miller sees patients at Women’s OB/GYN Center in Houston, Texas. She has a special interest in providing lifetime comprehensive care for women and minimally invasive surgery. She has completed research in minimizing postoperative complications along with ovarian cancer risk reduction in average-risk women. Her patients describe her as kind, comforting, and attentive.

Women’s OB/GYN Center offers comprehensive prenatal care for expectant mothers. Their goal is to ensure their health and maximize their comfort during their entire pregnancy. They provide the full range of prenatal check-ups throughout each of the trimesters, as well as prenatal screening.

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Miller earned her medical degree from St. George’s University in the sunny Caribbean, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Staten Island University Hospital. She recently moved to Houston with her fiance to begin her OB/GYN career.

With an unwavering commitment to her specialty, the doctor is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The mission of the ABOG is to define specialty standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists, and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’s health.

Obstetrics and gynecology (OB-GYN) is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics (covering pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period) and gynecology (covering the health of the female reproductive system – vagina, uterus, ovaries, and breasts).

In her free time, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with her fiance and family, traveling the world, and discovering Houston.
