- Dr. Pancholi feels being able to meet a person when they come in at their most vulnerable state and when they\'ve typically been suffering quite a while at this point, and then have the ability to greatly impact their lives and get them back to doing what they enjoy without worrying about pain either non-surgically or surgically is a gratifying feeling. His goal when he sees patients is to approach a treatment plan together, and he values taking the time to really listen to his patients. He also gets the opportunity to share his expertise with medical students as well as doing speaking engagements where he is usually asked to speak on topics such as athletic injuries, prevention, and recovery to different sports organizations and schools.

In regards to his educational background, Dr. Pancholi graduated with his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine in 2014. He then went on to perform his residency in orthopedic surgery at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn in 2019, and his fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2020.
Trained in cutting edge techniques, he is board-certified in orthopedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS). The ABOS is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopedic residents and surgeons as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopedic surgeons.
Continuously advancing his efforts, Dr. Pancholi is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.
