  • Pop in mid back like a balloon

    Thank you for your question. Typically the “popping” sensation is air/gas being released from the joint. Kind of like cracking your knuckles. When we pop our joints, we are releasing gas that’s been accumulated in the joints. As for the warm fluid, some times inflammation can build up in specific areas in our spine due to a subluxation or misalignment, and when you popped your back, the inflammation could have permeated throughout your low back.
