A prominent hospice and palliative care physician, Dr. Evangelista sees patients at Milford Regional Medical Center in Milford, Massachusetts, joining the team in July 2022.

Graduating from De La Salle University College of Medicine in 2007, he continued to pursue specialized training, including a residency in internal medicine at Rutgers Health/Jersey City Medical Center. His passion for geriatric medicine led to a fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center, further solidifying expertise in caring for elderly patients. Additionally, he completed a fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine at New York Medical College, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to end-of-life care.

Board-certified in internal medicine, geriatric medicine, and hospice and palliative medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Evangelista’s qualifications exemplify a commitment to providing holistic and compassionate care to patients facing serious illnesses.
