Dr. Izquierdo, also known as Dr. Jay Smile, is passionate about creating gorgeous smiles and delivering meticulous dental care. Working alongside his wife, Dr. Camila Guiribitey (affectionately known as Dr. G), they run CG Smile in Miami, Florida.
CG Smile is the home of the CG Smile Makeover, a multidisciplinary suite of dental services that help bring out the best in patients’ smiles (in just two visits). In addition to cosmetic services, the practice also offers preventive dentistry, restorations, endodontic care, general dentistry, and orthodontics, incorporating the highest and most advanced levels of technology.
Growing up in Miami, Dr. Jay developed a profound passion for dentistry from a young age. He graduated from the world-renowned Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in Massachusetts – a powerhouse of technology and advances in dentistry.
Driven by his commitment to excellence, he has pursued additional courses in aesthetic, reconstructive, and implant dentistry, concentrating on smile designs and their transformative impact on facial expressions.

In his spare time, Dr. Jay enjoys networking, cars, shopping, and traveling. Happily married to Dr. G since 2016, the couple currently live in Miami.
