It is a patient-centered, family-oriented chiropractic and holistic-health organization focused on alleviating immediate symptoms with the goal of creating long-term wellness and improved quality of life. 

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Dr. Ho enjoyed playing different sports growing up, and he experienced sports injuries himself. He knew he wanted to pursue a career in healthcare, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

He moved to Honolulu, Hawaii with his family after high school, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. From there, he moved on and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California.

Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. A chiropractor uses spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other techniques to manage patients’ health concerns, including neck pain, back pain, headaches, vertigo and a long list of other ailments and conditions. They aim to improve patients’ functionality and quality of life by properly aligning the body’s musculoskeletal structure and enabling the body to heal itself naturally, without the use of medication or surgery.

On a more personal note, Dr. Ho speaks multiple languages, including English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
