Growing up in a family of doctors, I have been able to observe and learn skills of hard work and how to approach each and every patient with empathy and the desire to help. In college, I learned from the winningest soccer coach in history on how to work as a team and manage tasks appropriately.

A Miami-based dermatologist-in-training, Dr. Witkoff is a 2023-2024 Dual Mohs Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatology Surgery Fellow through Hollywood Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Specialists. His fellowship training consists of working with 5 of the top 150 ranked General, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatologists amongst their peers in Newsweek’s America’s Best Dermatologists.
Growing up in a family of doctors, Dr. Witkoff has been able to observe and learn skills of hard work and how to approach each and every patient with empathy and the desire to help. In college, he learned from the winningest soccer coach in history, Dr. Jay Martin, on how to work as a team and manage tasks appropriately.
Upon graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2014, Dr. Witkoff went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University in 2019.
Furthering his training, he performed his residency in dermatology at Larkin Community Hospital- Palm Springs Campus, serving as chief resident.
Continuously advancing his efforts, Dr. Witkoff is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Florida Academy of Dermatology, and the American Osteopathic Association.
Dermatology is the branch of medicine dealing with the skin, the largest organ of the body; a specialty with both medical and surgical aspects. A dermatologist is a specialist doctor who manages skin diseases and deals with both internal and external causes and some cosmetic concerns involving the skin. Dermatological duties include taking consultations, providing screening tests, and undertaking non-invasive surgical procedures.
Attributing his success to having great mentors throughout his life, Dr. Witkoff has published over 7 manuscripts on dermatologic conditions and treatments including most recently insights on skin cancer gene expression profiling.
