Educating students, Dr. Barry serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Her acclaimed career in medicine began after she earned her Medical Degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2016. She then went on to perform her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology and her fellowship in surgical pathology at Pennsylvania Hospital in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology, Dr. Barry is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology (ABPath). The mission of the ABPath is to promote the health of the public and advance the practice and science of pathology by establishing voluntary certification standards and assessing the qualifications of those seeking to practice the specialty of pathology. In affiliation with several professional organizations, Dr. Barry is an active member of the College of American Pathologists and the Pennsylvania Association of Pathologists.
