Dr. Murphy is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (FACFAS). The ACFAS is a professional medical society of foot and ankle surgeons in the United States. Each of the over 6,000 members have graduated from one of nine podiatry schools in the US with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree.
Dr. Murphy is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). The ABFAS strives to protect and to improve the health and welfare of the public by advancing the art and science of foot and ankle surgery.
