Lea Lockwood, Ph.D., LICSW (pronouns she/her/hers) was trained as a school psychologist and social worker. She has received additional training to become a licensed psychologist. She also has a certificate in neuropsychology from Fielding University and specializes in neuropsychological testing in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. Dr. Lockwood has twenty years of experience in the fields of psychology and social work. Dr. Lockwood can evaluate for learning disabilities and assess for social and emotional functioning, including, but not limited to, anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and depression.  Psychological testing can also assess memory functioning and executive dysfunction. Dr. Lockwood is a certified yoga instructor who enjoys teaching how to comfortably move to the next level of physical and spiritual personal growth. She has worked in both traditional and alternative school settings as well as outpatient facilities and has taught social skills in individual and group formats with children, teens, and adults.
