Dedicated Pathologist Dr. Rodacker Combines Expertise and Leadership to Improve Patient Care 

Dr. Rodacker, a distinguished pathologist at Sanford Bismarck in North Dakota, is making significant strides in the field of pathology through his commitment to accurate diagnoses and leadership roles within the medical community. With a strong educational background and extensive experience, he plays a crucial role in the treatment team, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. 

At Sanford Bismarck, he holds various leadership positions that showcase his dedication to improving healthcare delivery. He is actively involved in committees focusing on cancer care and he oversees the College of American Pathologists accredited laboratory operations and ensures the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy. Dr. Rodacker is a team leader in the inter-laboratory CAP inspection process. 

In regards to his educational background, he completed his residency in pathology at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he honed his skills in examining and analyzing cells and tissues to diagnose diseases. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks, ND, before obtaining board certifications in anatomic pathology and clinical pathology from the American Board of Pathology with a Surgical pathology fellowship. 

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Rodacker is known for his diverse interests outside of work. He enjoys activities such as hunting, fishing, weight lifting, Bible study, serving in the Gideon’s international ministry and motorcycle riding.
