Devin is an experienced pharmacist as both a hospital pharmacist and as a retail pharmacy manager. She is a successful, caring, and ambitious leader focused on patient outcomes with the ability to thrive in any setting.
Currently, she is a Partner & Pharmacist-In-Charge at Marianas Pharmacy in Saipan, an island in the Northern Mariana Islands.
Prior to her current endeavors, she served as a hospital pharmacist at Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (December 2020 – December 2022), the pharmacy manager at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy (January 2016 – December 2020), a pharmacist at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy (January 2013 – September 2016), the pharmacy manager at Safeway (2011 – 2012), and as the pharmacy manager at CVS Caremark Corporation (2008 – 2011).
Academically, Devin graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University in 2001. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Washington State University in 2008.
She holds certificates in Adult and Adolescent Immunization and Medication Therapy Management.
She served as a volunteer medical professional with Global Brigades, Inc. in 2014, providing quality health initiatives and medications to rural communities in Nicaragua, and continues to be an Alumni Brigade.
She is currently advocating for changes in Saipan’s regulations to make it possible for pharmacists to engage in collaborative practice agreements to better serve the community.
