It sounds like her overall health is compromised so speech can be affected by that. If her speech is slurred, you might need to get a speech and swallowing evaluation with a medical speech therapist who does swallow studies. An overall speech and language evaluation with a swallow study may be necessary. Contact your insurance to see what's covered. Therapy might be able to rule out other concerns and give some tools to improve her clarity of speech. READ MORE

My voice is extremely low. What can I do to enhance it?
I would recommend LSVT Loud therapy to work on projection. You can also work on singing and breath support to project better. Contact your insurance to see if a speech/language evaluation and therapy are covered and find a therapist trained in LSVT Loud therapy. READ MORE
