Dr. Moreta’s journey in dentistry began in the Dominican Republic, where she earned her Dental Degree with Magna cum laude honors from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo. Seeking to enhance her skills, she pursued advanced studies in general, cosmetic, pediatric, and implant dentistry in Spain at the International University of Catalonia and the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.  

Upon arriving in the United States, Dr. Moreta achieved her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. There, she distinguished herself in a demanding curriculum, earning accolades for her exceptional work, particularly with medically complex cases. Her achievements include prestigious awards from the American Academy of Gold Foil Operators and the Dr. Morris Bradin Awards in periodontics.

Dr. Moreta’s passion for dentistry and commitment to continuous learning are evident through her annual dedication to ongoing training and education. As an active member of several professional associations, including the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics, and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, she remains at the forefront of her field. Recently, she completed a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), further solidifying her specialization in implant dentistry.

What drives Dr. Moreta every day is the trust her patients place in her and the relationships she has built with them. She aims to provide not just dental care but a supportive environment that encourages health and confidence.

Beyond her practice, Dr. Moreta is passionate about community service. She volunteers her time to non-profit organizations that assist Hispanic health professionals in achieving their dental degrees, understanding the unique challenges faced by many immigrants and underrepresented groups. Every year, she also provides free dental care and education to the Latino community in New Jersey, ensuring that those who lack access to proper healthcare receive the support they need.

In her personal life, Dr. Moreta enjoys traveling with her husband, Sean, and their son, Lucas, and exploring the diverse culinary offerings of the city. She is also an avid gardener, music lover, and cycling enthusiast. Her feline companion, Mr. HENRY, adds joy to her family life, while her favorite vacation destination remains the beautiful Caribbean islands.
