Yes, neck fat can be removed, usually through liposuction. Educated in the United States, Dr. Richland takes pride in graduating from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he began his medical career at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. He received his Medical Degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and Alpha Sigma Nu Medical Honor Societies and earned the Top Surgery Student Award. He feels fortunate to have gained significant experience early on at one of the most hands-on training programs in the country.
Subsequently, he completed six years of training in plastic and reconstructive surgery with the Department of Plastic Surgery at University of California, Irvine (UCI), where he trained with some of the leading surgeons in Orange County. There, he honed his surgical skills and understanding of the intricacies of complex operations.
Offering an unsurpassable treatment experience and impeccable results, Dr. Richland holds the distinction of being a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). The mission of the ABPS is to promote safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public by maintaining high standards for the education, examination, certification and continuous certification of plastic surgeons as specialists and subspecialists.
