About

Here’s the updated profile with the new details:

I was born in Southern California and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of New Mexico. Before pursuing PA school, I worked as an EMT at Presbyterian Emergency Department in Albuquerque for over 11 years, where I gained invaluable clinical experience and solidified my passion for emergency medicine.

After moving to Massachusetts, I advanced my medical career at Bay Path University’s PA program and completed a one-year Advanced Practice emergency medicine residency at Bay State Hospital in Springfield. During my time there, I received specialized training in point-of-care emergency medicine ultrasound and other critical care skills.

For the past three years, I’ve been back in Albuquerque, working at Presbyterian Emergency Department and PresNow, a 24/7 stand-alone ED/UC. I recently switched hospitals to take on a new position as lead APC with Team Health at Lovelace Emergency Department.

Outside of work, I’m an avid sports fan and love engaging in all kinds of physical activities. I’m married with a four-year-old son and a one-year-old daughter.
