Hello, I’m Dr. Gladys Anokam, DNP, PMHNP-BC, MSN, APRN, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 35 years of nursing experience. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized mental health care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more, using a combination of therapy and medication management to help patients thrive.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and reducing hospital admissions by offering support, education, and evidence-based treatment.
