Born and raised in Kent, Ohio, Dr. As-Sanie moved to Columbus in 2001 to attend The Ohio State University. She received her undergraduate degree in Biopsychology in 2005, after which she went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2009.
With a passion for learning, she continued her training completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Cincinnati in 2010.
Two years later, in 2012, Dr. As-Sanie started working as an associate at Dental Reflections Dublin. The owner of the practice was a pediatric dentist and she was the general dentist seeing the adults in the practice. When he approached her wanting to sell the practice, Dr. As-Sanie was not sure she wanted to be a business owner. However, she couldn’t pass up the opportunity because the location was so important to her and the dental job market is very competitive. It took some creativity on her part, but she ended up turning the practice from a multi-specialty office to a family practice.
In 2020, Dr. As-Sanie earned her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), which required an exhaustive written examination and completing over 500 of continuing education hours. Less than 6% of dentists have received their fellowship.
With technology and clinical techniques constantly advancing, Dr. As-Sanie continuously pursues advanced learning opportunities. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Columbus Dental Society, and the Seattle Study Club.

They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
At her core, Dr. As-Sanie believes every patient is important and deserves genuine and personal care. She was named Best Dentist in Dublin 2019 and voted Top Dentist by her colleagues in 2020.
Happily married, she and her husband, Samer, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their four children.
