I work with adults (18+) dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment, and stress-related disorders, and I’m here to help. My approach is focused on creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you can openly explore your feelings and develop tools to better manage symptoms. My goal is to empower you to improve your overall well-being and resilience when faced with life’s stressors. Please be aware that I only do Telephonic Appointments.
 
I utilize a range of interventions, including cognitive restructuring, Person centered approaches, exploration of coping and relationship patterns, role-play, structured problem-solving, and symptom management. Life happens, and when it does, it helps to have someone you can turn to. Let’s take the first steps together.
 
Taking the first step toward change can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to walk this journey with you.
