Hello! I'm Alyssa DeStefano, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Lake Worth, FL. With a decade of experience in mental health and substance use therapy, I am passionate about helping individuals lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Currently, I offer virtual therapy sessions through Headway. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues, I'm here to provide the support and guidance you need.

My education includes a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I am also a proud member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and have completed extensive training in crisis intervention, dual diagnosis, and more.
