Sammy Nur, DNP
General Practitioner
Denver Denver CO, 80246About
I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider from Evergreen and a board-certified practitioner who has worked across the states in various communities. I have worked with all aspects of care, from mental health to chronic care. I attribute a lot of my "patient-centered care" to the diverse patient population set I have served. This diversity, as I state, "has made way for understanding how similar we are as individuals and communities, as well as understanding the intricate differences we each have." "Patient autonomy" and "patient empowerment" are the foundations of my approach. Patients should be heard, educated on all aspects of their concerns, and finally be able to make a well-informed decision on their plan of care.
