Get to know Prosthodontist Dr. Amin Ehsan, who serves patients in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Ehsan is a well- known Houston area prosthodontist; a Dentist specializing in treating patients with complex dental needs. 

Dr. Ehsan joined Unicare Center for Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry in 2021; providing rehabilitative and restorative dental care, with an emphasis on cosmetic and implant Dentistry. 

He is passionate about improving his patients’ smiles and quality of life through the placement of veneers. 

He uses advanced digital technologies and tools to provide beautiful, perfect and unique smiles. 

Using advanced high-resolution 3D technologies, Dr. Ehsan offers the “same-Day smile Makeover” to his patients, allowing them to examine different smiles before choosing the shape and whiteness of their teeth. 

Within hours, the newly designed veneers are crafted in-house and delivered to the patient. If the patient is unhappy with the color or shape, they can return after a few days to try a different look. 

He is an expert in restorative dentistry, using veneers, crowns, bridge, inlays, onlays, dentures and implant crowns to treat common and complex dental issues, including full-mouth rehabilitation. He also offers treatment of TMJ disorders and sleep apnea using oral devices. 

Academically, Dr. Ehsan earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from Semmelweis University in 2013, and completed his postgraduate training in prosthodontics and restorative Dentistry at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2015. He then went on to receive his Prosthodontics specialty degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2019; one of the most prestigious prosthodontics residency programs in the United States. Dr. Ehsan is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontics.
