Get to know Dentist Dr. Hanna Anki, who serves patients in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Dr. Anki has a great passion for the field of dentistry and helping people. He is the Managing Clinical Director at Aspen Dental in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Aspen Dental dentists are skilled clinicians and are trained at some of the best dental schools around the country. The licensed dentists at each Aspen Dental location possess a thorough knowledge of dental and denture procedures. Although the dentists’ backgrounds are diverse, they all share the same mission: to give each Aspen Dental patient a healthier mouth.

Born and raised in Jordan, Dr. Anki graduated from the University of Jordan’s School of Dentistry, Amman, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. Doctor Anki continued his education through a general practice residency in the Jordanian Royal Medical Services -JRMS-. Moving to the United States, Dr. Anki followed with a General Practice Residency in Berkshire Medical Centre, Massachusetts. In addition, Dr.Anki added to his experience with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in Howard University, Washington D.C.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy. 

Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Anki is a big Arsenal fan and enjoys playing and watching Premier League Football , traveling, listening to music, and competitive online gaming. He speaks English and Arabic.
