Hello! I'm Sylvia Knop, a dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse with over a decade of experience in providing compassionate care. I specialize in Psychiatric Mental Health and Hormone Replacement Therapy for Men and Women. I accept insurance for mental health and cash only for Hormone Replacement Therapy.
With my vast amount of nursing experience my passion has shifted to helping clients with their mental health ages 6 and older. I utilize a holistic, culturally competent, patient-centered approach to providing customized care. I meet my clients “where they are at” and develop a treatment plan that supports my client’s goals.
Your health and well-being are my top priorities. Let's work together to achieve the best possible results for you and your family.
