Dr. Owies is a distinguished Dental Executive with a wealth of experience in healthcare management and a proven track record of success in leadership, organizational management, and practice growth. 

As both a business owner and practitioner in dental services, she possesses a unique blend of entrepreneurial acumen and clinical expertise. Her skills extend to diagnosing oral diseases, performing root canal treatments, and restoring multiple teeth. Moreover, she specializes in managing periodontal, prosthodontics, endodontic, and extraction cases, showcasing his comprehensive knowledge of dental care.

The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after she earned her medical degree from the Arab American University of Jenin in Palestine, where she pursued the Faculty of Dentistry program. She also completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, further enhancing her clinical expertise.

Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her successful completion of several Dental Maxi Courses and her active participation in dental conferences. She has also earned 60 credits through the Extended Learning Opportunities Program, demonstrating her commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in the dental field. She also has expertise in dental radiology, infection control, and adult and pediatric first aid/CPR/AED procedures, ensuring a safe and well-rounded approach to patient care.

Additionally, Dr. Owies firmly believes that educating patients is key to preventing recurring dental issues and saving both time and money. She actively engages in community service as a Volunteer and Translator for student doctors during Arab community health fairs, further emphasizing his dedication to patient education and community well-being.

On a professional level, Dr. Owies is an active member of the Arab Dental Society and the National Arab American Medical Association, underscoring his commitment to professional growth and collaboration within the healthcare community.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
