Therapeutic range?
The therapeutic range of a drug is the dosage range or blood plasma or serum concentration usually expected to achieve the desired therapeutic effect. This does not mean that patients may not achieve benefit at concentrations below the minimum threshold, or may not experience adverse effects if kept within the range. Whether the medication is working depends on how long you have been taking the medication and what the expected time is for the medication to be effectively working. READ MORE

Wine with my medicine?
A person should not take bupropion and alcohol together. This is because alcohol can intensify the possible side effects associated with bupropion. It can also increase the risk of seizures, and the consequences can sometimes be fatal. A variety of medications may also interact negatively with bupropion. Also, while recent research has shown that Wellbutrin (buproprion) and other non-stimulant drugs can reduce the characteristics of ADHD, but more studies are needed to quantify their effectiveness definitively. This is an off-label use for the medication and honestly, I am not sure how effective it is. READ MORE
