My journey began in neuro ICU, where I honed my skills in caring for critically ill patients, ensuring they received the best possible care during challenging times. I

My experience extends to the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic, where I played a vital role as a Vaccine Nurse and Staff RN in COVID ICU. There, I was responsible for administering vaccines, monitoring patient recovery, and providing critical care to those battling the virus.

Transitioning to psychiatry, I embraced the role of guiding families and patients through mental health challenges, offering not only medication management but also emotional support. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am always focused on delivering patient-centered care that aligns with our shared values of dignity and respect.

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:

I support my clients with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder and trauma in medication management where appropriate, and supportive therapy to help them find their way forward. I am warm, empathetic and solution focused. I use my training to educate you on available options so you can make informed decisions about your care.
