Heel pain is most commonly caused by Plantar Fasciitis and is typically treated with shoe inserts/orthotics, modified activity, rest, and anti-inflammatories. However, I recommend an evaluation by your physician to determine the etiology of your symptoms. READ MORE
Is it good to massage a swollen ankle?
It depends on the etiology of why your ankle is swollen. Is this secondary to your vascular system? Is it a post traumatic injury? if your ankle is swollen following a traumatic injury, the #1 thing you can do for swelling is frequent ice, in addition to anti-inflammatories.
