What can I do for bleeding gums?

Why do I need an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth?
Hi! Wisdom teeth are unique. A lot of general dentists do not have the training to remove wisdom teeth and/or are not comfortable removing them. They can be difficult depending on their position in the jaw and/or proximity to the main nerve in your lower jaw. How long does it take for implants to fuse to the bone?
Usually between 3-4 months but depending to bone quality when the implant was placed I have waited up to 6 months to restore the implant(s) with a tooth or prosthesis. I also take into account and medical conditions the Pt has (diabetes, blood or bone type conditions) which can contribute to delayed healing. Is it normal to have gums pain after a filling?
To be honest, yes and no. There are a lot of variables to consider. It depends how big and how deep the filling is. Sometimes the gum has to me manipulated or removed depending on location or depth/severity of the filling. What can I do for gingivitis?

How can I treat an infected tooth without a root canal?

How long does discomfort from braces last?
It usually lasts a few days and will then subside. The first few days are the most pressure on the teeth for movement. Each time the wire is tightened or color bands are changed it might be a little uncomfortable. What you are inquiring about is normal. READ MORE
How long after dental implants can I eat normal food?
This is a very broad question. It depends on whether you had a single implant or multiple implants. Your practitioner should have gone over post-op instructions. Some implant surgeries are very simple and others complicated. It also depends on where the location of the implant is and if a temporary tooth was put on the implant (I.e. a front tooth). Should I take pain medicine before dental implant?
I have found that there is no need for prescription pain medication. Most patients say they have taken a small dose of Ibuprofen or Tylenol after the procedure and they have been fine. READ MORE
Can I get 4 dental implants at once?
It is possible to get 4 implants at once, however, there are a lot of variables both medically and dentally. Implants are a very technique-sensitive procedure. I would make sure your dental practitioner obtains an honest and accurate medical history as well as proper 3D imaging to make sure you are a candidate for dental implants. Can a partial denture be attached to an implant?
Yes, they absolutely can, provided you have adequate bone for implant placement. There are attachments that go on the implant that allows the denture to snap on to it for stability. How many days rest after dental implant?
Depends on how extensive the implant surgery is (single implant vs. multiple). When I perform implant surgeries there is usually minimal discomfort, however, if multiple implants are being placed and tissue has to be manipulated there usually is more post operative discomfort. As with any surgery, I would advise taking it easy for a day or two afterwords to keep your blood pressure lower. Over the counter pain medication is a big help. Why are my gums swollen after deep cleaning?
