How long does it take for acupuncture to work on back pain?
The number of treatments can vary person-to-person. We respond to acupuncture on an individual basis and this is dependent on multiple factors such as our overall health, constitution, how chronic or acute the back pain is age, and many other factors. Generally, for chronic conditions, you will notice some improvement within 6-8 treatments and acute conditions within 4-6. READ MORE
Does acupressure help nerve pain?
Acupressure may not provide long-term relief for nerve pain but it can certainly help with short-term relief depending on the severity of the nerve pain. I would consult with your primary care physician to rule out and serve underlying causes for the nerve pain. Consistent acupuncture treatments can provide you with more long-term benefits such as reducing pain and inflammation in the neck. READ MORE
When should you do acupuncture for fertility?
You can start acupuncture treatments at any time however, it is recommended to receive treatments 1-2 times a week for 3 menstrual cycles in order to regulate your cycle. I would recommend starting as soon as possible if you are looking to conceive. READ MORE
