Asbestos and covid swab testing?
Over time asbestos exposure can lead to health problems. I do not believe that Covid testing should cause an acute sinusitis flare up if done correctly. You may be experiencing an URI, I would seek medical attention. Hope you feel better. READ MORE
Post covid?
Headache is a common side effect after Covid. It can subside several days to weeks after a Covid infection. Mucinex contains guaifenisen which is a cough expectorant, typically best taken before bedtime to help you sleep. Side effects include drowsiness and dizziness. Hope this helps. READ MORE

This could be related to many medical conditions but not limited to a blood pressure disorder, heart disease, infection, neurological disorder or even dehydration. Would recommend seeing your pcp for diagnostics or going to ER if your symptoms worsen. READ MORE
What natural remedies can I take for allergies while pregnant?
Avoid cause of allergen triggers. Wash pillow sheets and blankets regularly and keep home free of dust particles. Drink plenty of water. There are several antihistamine medications that would be safe to take temporarily for moderate to severe allergy symptoms. READ MORE

There are many different classes of antidepressants. They should be tailored to your specific needs. Careful attention should be paid to your medical history when prescribing these type of medications given the potential serious side effects. A cyst is a benign finding or incidental. Frequent monitoring is not usually necessary. Clinical symptoms would indicate a need for further monitoring. READ MORE

There are different factors that should always be considered first such as age, medical problems, allergies etc. Generally, local anesthesia when performed by a trained medical personnel is safe. READ MORE

Hello! Sounds like your PSA level was mildly elevated, should be monitored more closely to see a trend. It can become elevated for different reasons such as infections or increased prostate size. If there was a increase in PSA level over a short period of time, seeing a urologist would be best.
