Educated in Israel, Dr. Berman graduated from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in 2012. Following this, she completed her residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai West in New York City from 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, she pursued a fellowship in medical oncology at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center, which spanned from 2015 to 2018. She also holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Degree from Columbia University.
