About

Are you at a crossroads in life? I support adults as they work through present struggles and past painful experiences like divorce, career issues, chronic pain, grief, parenting concerns, religious trauma, and other stressors. It is common to experience anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and a host of other symptoms in response to traumatic experiences, but healing is possible no matter what you are facing.

Impactful therapy taps into this wisdom of body and mind to cultivate new beginnings through a regulated nervous system.I incorporate mindful, somatic, emotion-focused, and CBT approaches into counseling that is compassionate, ethical, and hopeful.

I am accepting new clients in-person in Totem Lake and online throughout Washington.
