Dr Ozpinar earned his medical degree at Oregon Health and Science University and completed his neurosurgical residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, one of the nation’s top training programs. After completing his chief year, he completed a year-long fellowship in complex and minimally invasive spine surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center under the direction of internationally known faculty members to further refine his spine surgery skills.
