Dr. Saad Karim specializes in vascular neurology diagnosing and treating people with cerebrovascular problems. Dr. Karim earned a medical degree from Ziauddin Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, before completing an internal medicine preliminary at Icahn School of Medicine Mount Sinai in Bronx, New York, a neurology residency at St. Louis University in St. Louis and a fellowship in vascular neurology at Washington University Barnes Jewish Hospital, also in St. Louis. He served at hospitals in Pakistan, Illinois, Texas, New York and St. Louis before joining Our Lady of Lourdes. Dr. Karim is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Siraiki. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Heart Association and American Stroke Association.
