What is the fastest home remedy for back pain?
Hi! Thank you for asking. Well, I would need a little more context because there could be a few things causing your low back pain. Do you play any sports? Do you have scoliosis? What do you do for a living? Do you work out? Any previous injuries? Is it just pain experience or do you have any other symptoms? And the list goes on… so this will not be specific to your needs, but you can probably start with some basic mobility exercises for the low back such as child’s pose, cat-cow, knee to chest stretch, hamstring stretch, etc. If it’s something that started bothering you a few days ago, use an ice pack for ~15 min, and if its been bothering you for a while then use heat. But at the end of the day, whichever works best for you. Hope this helps! READ MORE
