His proficiency extends to both inpatient and outpatient management of neurological cerebrovascular patients, including those suffering from ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhages, and seizures.
A proud alumnus of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dr. Mulpur completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 2010 and earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the Marnix E. Heersink School of Medicine in 2017. He further honed his skills during his residency at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic in 2021, followed by specialized fellowships in vascular neurology at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System in 2022 and neuroendovascular surgery/interventional neurology at Semmes Murphey Clinic in 2024.
Dr. Mulpur is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been recognized for his excellence in teaching and patient care. His accolades include the Best Resident Teacher Award and the Caregiver Teaching Award in 2021, as well as multiple Caregiver Appreciation Awards and a Certificate of Excellence in 2019, underscoring his dedication to compassionate care and educational leadership.
