Prima Wellness Clinic is an integrative health clinic with naturopathic medicine and nutrition services. It offers gentle, effective, and evidence-based interventions for women who are struggling with hormonal imbalances, fertility problems, and autoimmune conditions. Dr. Poulos believes strongly in the healing power of nature and uses the least amount of force to bring about the greatest impact to one’s health.

She is passionate about supporting women of all shapes, sizes, nationalities, and sexual orientations. She believes women know their bodies and oftentimes exist in a healthcare paradigm that does not prioritize women’s valid health concerns. 

Specializing in proactive prevention and treatment, Dr. Poulos holds a special keen interest in PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, thyroid disorders, weight loss/weight gain, and menopausal conditions. Some of the treatment modalities that she utilizes include botanical medicine, Chinese medicine, homeopathy, nutrition counseling, and supplement counseling.

In 2019, Dr. Poulos graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. She started the CCNM Fertility Club and has been published in Naturopathic Doctor News and Review. 

Holding a Naturopathic Physician license from the state of New Hampshire, she is an active member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Michigan Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the American Botanical Council, the Gastroenterology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and the Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
